I don't think there will be a clash, both makers would have consulted each other about it

either Salaar has done this to bring the film (and Dunki) more hype on social media as they know the movie isn't releasing for another 3-6 months or they have spoke to Dunki team who have decided to move their release date due to the craze of Jawaan which is still fresh in peoples eyes
