I don't think it would be a good option to add mobile number. It can create a lot of privacy concern/problems for all members as well as for Vijay. I think, he is aware of it too. Hence, I'd not say anything on it. It is better to stay out of it man. It can directly land you in a few court cases Vijay. It can be implemented as optional feature with a badge though. It is something that one can consider.

As much as I have been on IF. Putting certain restrictions to Newbies will help stop MIDs to certain extent but as we all are anonymous here. It is hard to put a full stop to this. Best way is to, ignore, report and ban. I'd recommend adding a few more restriction to Newbies. It'll impact the overall stats and activity of the site but there will be less chaotic atmosphere with more genuine members. Just my two cents on it. Feel free to ignore!
