But in vanshaj universe that's what call a negotiation .

They bring this business scenes to show how yuvika is more empathetic to workers and understand their needs while dj just think that paying good money is enough. Thats one of the reason I watch all office/work scene with straight face as it we all know going to be successful.

Similar how yuvika cracked the sengupta deal with her middle class lecture and how pheonix got ready for relaunch without any strategy and work.
