While Manjari was giving birth, there were actually twin boys - Abhimanyu & Abhimaan. But B. Hospital kaand happened and parents who lost their newborn, picked up Abhimaan & ran away. Abhimaan lives with the 'adopted' parents - always feeling that peace and respect were overrated. Abhimaan becomes PH.D. wala Doctor. After 40 years, he feels a kicking in his stomach, Soul connection has gotten activated, which tells him the exact location and details of BH & Birlas. He walks away from his house and his 'adopted' parents throw a celebration.
In the meanwhile, we come to know that to take revenge with Abhimanyu, Parth did plastic surgery of a man, made him look like Abhinav, killed him and replaced the real Abhinav with him.
