So, looking at the precap

1) It's Tara's dream and Nayak doesn't reveal himself.

2) It's not a dream and Dhruv reveals himself because his disguise catches fire, but out of concern, Tara chooses not to expose him (unlikely coz DK, but he's certainly participating in future BTS'es, so this is a remote, remote possibility)

3) It's not a dream, but the precap plays out differently, and Nayak not only saves Tara, but also manages to ensure she doesn't see his Dhruv disguise.
