Don't know in detail. They were cousins and the boy's father played by Noman ijaz had some illness and he wanted to see his son married

According to yt comments and 100s of romantic reels made on the leads, everyone is busy shipping them

The leads does look good together and would be perfect for a teenage love story but not for showing awareness for child marriage
