I agree that the dress was fancy....i was waiting for an explaination like "If your father were here he would wnat you to look bright and happy on his birthday so wear this flashy dress," bud didn't get such a scene...

Tmkoc is Taarak Mehta ka oolta chasms which has been running since 2008 and will soon complete 4000 episodes.....300 episode means only 1 year of the show with 6 episodes a week...
