I haven't found my way around genres yet but there was a time when I devoured Agatha Christie's novels.I think I would still like murder mysteries if I started reading them again.


In Hindi,my fav author is Nirmal Verma.His stories' themes are loneliness resulting from changing social structure,breaking of families,death of a loved one,refusal to come out of those past memories etc

From a psychological point of view his stories are most interesting and so moving.


I also like humour or sarcasm like in three men in a boat,Sharad joshi's social commentaries
