Still not sure for Veer as sagar's have never shown veer thinking of shera.....but shera is always thinking of veer so its true for shera....but have noticed that when shera is nearby veer he always take are of her as a rajkumari annanya.....

plus when there was a episode in which dharam tell veer tha his weakness is shera....veer said that he had never think of her in that way......

so can say that still there is a time for veer to fall in love with her....
