Kalank marketing says otherwise. The movie script had Mads admiring Alia's dancing. Alia, who got Kat kicked out, Zoya to get her into discussion, using KJos clout, couldn't get KJos own production to change a couple of lines

That scene stayed there because she wanted it.

Then there was the PR around the time how her dance teacher was amazed at her skills. I want the name of the teacher.

Nah. Deepika is just an attention seeker. Alia made her insecurities re: Deepika very clear in her mentor's show. Pouting when Ranveer said Alia didn't have Deepika's stature, demanding more movies from SLB, and so many more.

Alia remains a slightly above average actress hyped to the skies and terrible dancer.

She gets singled out because no one else actually dares put out delusional PR statements like her. Meryl Streep, Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit combined .

Problem is half the fun in IF is now centered around these 4. Everyone else is so bland.

FYI. imo, Deepika is a terrible actress and dancer. Alia is good at what she does. Somehow, idiot KJo got into her head that she needed to do all this. Just like he told her before to get thin. I wish she would grow a spine and tell him where to take his archaic attitudes.

Ugh. This one HAS to try and prove she's good at every damn thing but sorry Alia, dancing isn't one of them. So so graceless.
