Please announce where is the rule cited. Moral Policing is mentioned here but not bashing celebrities based on looks.

All that is mentioned in celebrity slander is name-calling celebs. They understand not everyone is going to appreciate all aspects of a celebrity. And Bollywood at the end of the day is a visual medium. Looks are inevitability going to be discussed.
