My question: Why does she tell negative things about Ranbir to the world?

She could have simply said that she has to learn to control anger and being kind even when unhappy without mentioning Ranbir on condition that she herself wants to do it.

Otherwise not mention it at all!

Also asking him things to show them to the world (like int the car) most probably annoys him (which she would know by now), so no wonder that he gives a mean answer.

Just watched it. They way she said that with those expressions on her face tells me she is not fully on board with what he wants her to do but is willfully blind for now. Alia comes from a family of very opinionated women. There’s just no way she is going to stick around long term walking on eggshells.

Armchair psychoanalysis:

She's not very bright and thinks these things look cute. Some of it is regular domestic friction when 2 people live together. A shouted "hey, keep it down, please" is not evidence of abuse no matter what social media thinks. But the way she portrays it as evidence of his love makes it seem creepy.
