The only reason i started watching is for HC as I saw a promo that hc is doing s3. I was frustrated to know he took this show. But i guess it's good for his career and future projects with the awards and recognition he got. And now I liked abhimanyu character more so just here till he gets some justice and may leave if the tracks do not appeal much post that.

May not watch upcoming seasons unless a known actor(my list of known actors is very small) is part of it so hardly care how it will end 😂

They won't end it till they keep getting trps...and nowdays the generation leaps don't last for 4-5 yrs like kaira times so they might switch to thr 4th gen the moment trp see a consistent fall.

I watched season 1 very initial phase when Akshara was unmarried ..was in school..now I am working...didn't watch season 1 Akshara married phase or season 2..season 3 came across mid season with Harshad acting..loved him as Abhi and his love towards Akshara ...watch it only and only for Harshad..they should show some redemptions and stable happy phase and end at season 3 happy endings to characters...they would not be able to handle season 4 as per me with current standard of writing..

When this show first came on air, I was still a kid in lower primary school.

I do remember seeing all the ladies in my family, grandma, aunt, mum sitting and watching the show. I do remember once seeing og akshara running in the house or if that was a maid, but I was like Kaaash humara itna bada angan hota toh mein and meri childhood bestie (who was also my distant cousin/lived next door) could play all day. 😆

Pass that I don't remember ever watching it with being busy in school and friends. Later in my teens I came across a video of naira meeting naitik after the leap, I really liked it and actors really portrayed the emotions very well. So I was hooked, so I started watching it from the leap, first epi of naira played by shivangi. Initially I was surprised as it surpassed by expectations, there was family bonding, drama, multiple plots happening and basically it was show that had many characters and their stories with depth, complexity in relationships and emotions. I was a regular viewer from rose-yash wedding, their wedding was one of THE BEST along with kaira. I watched it sometime after Kaira wedding, and then it kinda became boring so was an on and off watcher from there, if there were any good plots then I would occasional come back to watch like, kirti divorce track, naira brain tumour, akshu birth, mumbai track and naira death.

After naira death I stayed to see how it would unfold, but then they brought sirat, I disliked her but after they killed ranveer and started kairat I really hated her plus one of shivangi's worst acting was in it. So that didn't help either. Then they had 8 years leap, my hate for that character increased 10 folds if that was even possible, she literally had taken over naira place in the house and akshu life. I did not like how she handled both aarohi and akshu, they were better ways, she had literally made akshu submissive towards her and aarohi. Some might disagree but I feel that way.

And then they announced that HC and Pranali might be part of the show. I almost cried when I heard it, WHY???😭 I liked HC from bepannah and Pranali from barrister babu, and then one of my favs were joining in the show I was planning on leaving 😡

Anyway liked abhira, but did not like how the story line was messed up. And the characters were very one dimensional except for birla fam but I feel they did it purposefully as that fam would have been the next gen where as goenka became more 🤢.

I started watching Gen1 just before starting college in my holidays.. and quit after moving to hostel. I remember og akshara and the Udaipur setup and Hina was different than the heroines of that time. And Naitik was too sweet for my taste but I remember the silly dramas of their wedding. Some mamaji replacing gold jewels with fake ones becos he couldn’t afford.. ! And I saw HC promo for this gen and jumped onboard and have been watching minus first leap. 14 years now..! I have an entirely different life(marriage, kids, career) from the first epi to now..!

I was watching a parosi show on sp which was way too toxic than what this show is now..I got addicted and felt badly frustrated with the storyline..so to deaddict myself from that show, switched to this generation hoping this show would be least toxic from my experience of previous seasons...this show was going to have its second leap and I wanted the makers of the former show to see a downfall hence I wanted this show to push the other show down in trps and excel ahead...to understand the background I binge watched season 3 and started visiting the forums here.. now I no longer watch that show but have gotten addicted to this show ..I wanted this show to go to gutters in terms of trps and the makers to be taught a lesson till sometime back..now I know what the story ll be heading towards, just curious about the lame twists and turns that the makers ll take to reach there..meanwhile I m here on forums having fun at the cost of the characters.

I regret starting to watch it every day

Feel like smacking the writers for the half baked plots they're coming up with

I was probably in 4-5 grade when this started am working now

Never really watched it much except for few scenes I caught when mom was watching don't remember S1 from that time but I might know the overall storyline of s2 really vaguely

I was bored during college nd came across some clips of s1 nd got curious what it was about the show for it to running from 10+ years so watched s1 upto naksh birth mostly liked it for the songs nd traditional dresses

Then again came across some clips on insta was a few episodes before the mandir confrontation nd thought yeah okay let's give this season a try too ended up binge watching s3 to that point nd then continued

Felt this generation is too rushed nd has too much drama nd badly written drama at that

It lacks the bonds nd the overall vibe of s1 , can't comment much on s2

I think they should've stuck to the naach gaana on this one

Gen 4 na hi laaye toh better hoga , they should try to give a decent ending with s3 instead of dragging it out which they're doing right now

How can they give the most uninteresting nd predictable precap for 4 days straight thinking it would pull people

Probably the people who watched it for Sangeet choreo nd wedding dress inspo will come back 😎😎

I didn’t regularly watch the show when it started. Just a few clips during study breaks when my family was watching. Later, I watched a bit more often after Naira was born - I liked the S1 pair for their parenting and handling of family matters!

During Kaira era I followed till Akshara was alive and then some random episodes that I found interesting like the custody case or Naksh-Naira confrontation about her being alive etc. But I didn’t develop any attachment towards their on again off again love story!

S3 I started watching only for Abhimanyu’s character - someone with flaws yet remains true to his own beliefs.
