When she got to know her husband was out of danger, as a wife and lawyer of her husband, she should shower her happiness along with exchanging few words about his accident.
It would look shameful and pathetic if she act as Abhimanyu’s lawyer when her husband was on hospital bed but it’s looking pathetic now too because her husband died and she couldn’t figured out anything when he was alive and out of danger according to doctor.

If one observes Abhimanyu with a magnifying glass he's not himself.

Ideally Abhimanyu should have been left alone.

Yes, agenda, motive, purpose leads to crime done with a particular intent.

However Abhinav was alive at the time of admission, post surgery also regained consciousness. Aarohi brought a cardiac surgeon in place of Abhimanyu. Good

Let's talk about the loopholes

Why Abhinav's statement wasn't recorded by the police. Hospital did not call the authorities neither did Akshara.

Her current profession demands certain rational approach and thinking.

What kind of argument will she put forth in front of the judge when a copy of the patient's testimony has to be submitted.

Parth Birla, hospital in charge has enough of evidence or proof to prove Goenka's hostile behaviour. He can point out fingers that Akshara being a lawyer initiated conversation with a extremely critical patient, hugged him, prevented hospital staff to do their jobs.

Dr Aarohi Goenka did not object rather allowed her sister to be in the ward for a long time.

How will Ak defend her case? are the writers going to argue on the basis of sole eye witness Manish Goenka and ignore what took place in the hospital.

Is Akshara going to harp about Abhimanyu's motive only.

Also, adding if indeed AbhiM wanted to kill Abhinav why didn't he made sure no one knows he is with Sharma Ji, where they are and made sure body remains hidden.

Let me write a little good story.

Ak trying to proove that abhi is culprit, birlas tries to proove his innocence. Gang war in birlas and Goenka's. Ak saying to abhi that even if God comes and tried to be vocal for you, then also I will never believe it. You are criminal. Again mad drama going on. In the same jail there is another man. Hearing this mad drama he gets a little context of what is happening. He by then had become good friends with abhi. He made him aware that sometimes letting go is better option. He should learn to let go of his love for ak and abhi realising his baspan ka pyar was stupidity.

Abhi then spending a good time with that person and it turned out that he was also falsely accused. Ak going to lengths to proove abhi wrong and then finding out that in hatered she was blinded and for what is was always accusing abhi for ,she herself had became the same : i, me , myself. Her repenting. Abhir knowing truth. Him having a tiff with ak that how she lied to him about his dad and his docman suffered without having a reason.

Case closed. After 1 month, abhi getting released. He spended the most calm time there cause there was no one judging him, someone was there understanding him. He deciding to get way from toxicity. He then left everyone saying to them that didn't they thought that everything that happened, happened because of him, that nobody tried to understand him and ak I loved u and I wanna give u the last gift. Him showing paper of adoption of abhir for abhinav which he gave to abhinav on his birthday. Everyone repenting.He then left for us. He stayed alone and then a girl came,healed him and loved him and his friend from jail also became his best buddy in us who handled the hospital administration there and him being a doctor there. He had a child ....... Happy family. Got everything.
