Second point is invalid because AbhiM has the official custody and Akshara has a birth certificate forgery case on her name. If anything, this point shows Abhinav’s motives of possibly trying to kill AbhiM by bringing him to cliff.

Nobody knows!!! Nowhere in the episode he said that. It could be Abhinav's idea to go to the cliff!!

If Abhimanyu hires a good lawyer (which he can for sure afford) there's no way he'll get punished.

Also the police department will be held responsible for negligence. They didn't even go to the crime spot to collect evidences. It's all so wishy washy!

Zra dhyaan se jaana ucha hai thoda ghoshit kr diya jaaye. It was only 2-3 ft ka gadha types. AbhiM aese kood k godi mein upar le aya tha 🤣

But the bigger question is why is akshara herself going to fight the case? Birlas ll surely appoint someone with a good experience and record, how ll a beginner naive person fight the lawyer? Delaying the surgery, not letting police take the statement, not letting patient rest after surgery and finally jumping into the fray and taking on lawyers🙄 matlab motives to inke theek nai lag rahe

1. They stopped doctor operating him and started with their drama.

2. Even after knowing they are in birla hospital they still wanted to get abhinav operated in same hospital as if baap ka raaj ho 🤣

3. Common sense common nahi hai inke. Just operated heart patient ke upar pura wazan daal diya. As if woh zinda hi na bache. 🤣

4. Police ka statement bhi record hone nahi diya so that they can trap abhimanyu in their conspiracy. 😂

It's a comedy to akshara's profession. She is a lawyer but liar se zyada kuch bann nahi payi aaj thak 😂 Now as per her abhinav will come in ghoda from kasauli for her son. Poor abhir will never be able to see his papa. Poor abhinav he never be able to say good bye to abhir. 😐

it looked more like she used abhinav to raise abhir and now since he is of no use she don't want him to be the reason for abhir's sorrows.

Only abhimanyu can handle abhir. Akshara failed as a mother and wife and a human being.
