Hahaha exactly my point and also if you are related to the family then you should get away from the responsibility and no one should call out your actions that has led someone to their deathbed but even if someone is alive one can physically abuse a doctor, talk disrespectfully to someone they hardly know all is fine.

They can only try but they are not bound by law that they HAVE to save all their patients. All doctors try to save their patients....but that doesn't mean you can command them to do so

So seems like Muskaan is the new Akshara in the parallel & Dr. Birla is same old Dr. Birla who's always the wronged party.

Birlas mistreated a family member (their wife n DIL) knowing it was an accident that led to Neil & baby's deaths. Here Dr. Birla is mistreated by Muskaan after it was stated by BP that he saw Abhimanyu intentionally pushing her brother Abhinav off cliff.

Not applauding mistreatment but the parallel narrated here is baseless.

Akshara was Birla family member that time, Muskaan has no link with Birlas.

Plus what care, respect n concern Parth Birla is talking about.. Lawyer clearly said if Abhinav dies Dr. Birla goes to jail so they're bound by more than their big hearts & moral compasses lol to take the extra care here.

Are Muskaan & rest of Sharmas supposed to be seers that can look into future events?

Most importantly last I remember nobody asked Dr. Birla for monetary help. During Abhir's surgery both Muskaan & BP said they'll pay the bills.. Abhimanyu khud hi Abhir ko charity case banane mei lag gaya. Nobody asked Abhimamyu to serve samosas & give money during MuKa wedding.. He was their of his own accord. He could've easily been a guest like Manju but phir limelight kese khaate wo..

Everybody knows Dr. Birla has lot of money and it's great if he has a heart to give it to people but that doesn't negate the fact that nobody asked for it and would've obviously managed without it!!

See the thing about YRK writing team ka logic is every power equation is equal to that of a spouse and in-laws. Someone pushed you in a crowd = Manjari manhandling her bahu and asking her to be removed from her marital home.

Someone shouted at an ex for not being an adequate parent = A wife being accused of murder by husband. A laymen shouted at the attending doctor after a paediatric ICU short-circuited under his care = a wife being called a murderer for her miscarriage by her doctor husband.

A sister being curt to her brother's wife's ex's cousin = predrafted divorce papers being thrown in the face of a miscarrying wife and her being given no other choice but to comply.

But then the same writing team also wants us to believe that biological fatherhood > adoptive/step/foster fatherhood.

Logical fallacies everywhere in the writing of the show. If you have a value system that qualifies your story then at least make it consistent and coherent throughout the story-verse.

And the entire Goenka clan busy creating a scene in the hospital. I am wondering if Harsh or Mahima were present - would they send Muskan to jail too for assaulting an on duty surgeon(yeah he is the accused - but was in surgeon get up in hospital)?

I think more than writers audience are drawing these senseless parallels.

Writing is definitively lazy & incoherent, but Dr. Birla is the forever wronged party is one narrative makers aren't showing but we're being forced to accept or acknowledge it in name of maintaining our peace of minds.

For muskan, why would she allow the person who attempted to murder her brother to treat her brother? Expecting people to be nice to their kin's attempted murderer would be an expectation outside my understanding, but to each, their own.

Yes, manjari was pretty polite while asking akshara to leave by pushing her away while the poor girl, herself was falling unconscious due to the pain. Abhimanyu might also have been polite while divorcing her when she just miscarried her babies. I, for one, would've understood his anger and pain if he hadn't so cruelly divorced her at that stage. Akshara was pleading so that he listens to her, she understood his pain but he didn't give her the dignity to maybe wait a few days before divorcing her.

Akshara has been living with abhinav from the last 6 and a half year. I guess he was still alive and no body attempted to murder him in this duration.

The situation happened when bade papa saw abhimanyu push abhinav.
