I honestly don't think Akshara will be shown pregnant at this point. Makers have clearly established that Akshara has never been able to "Take the relationship forward" with Abhinav because Abhimanyu will always come in middle. Plus RS has said that it's love story of AbhiRa and I don't think any child with other person will be shown. This is typical typical ITv space!
