I heard people had severe digestive distress with Oleatos. 😆

But coffee with oil isn't bad. One of my friends does keto and so I tried coconut oil coffee. It had a surprisingly rich creamy texture and felt more satisfying and filling than regular coffee.

Is that a thing? I feel so thoroughly uneducated about the Starbucks menu. 😆

It's a secret menu item. Baristas hate secret menu items. If you want a special Starbucks treat, the best way is to ask the barista what off-menu item they like making. Order that.

My Fitbit blaze just died. Or rather, it is being weirdly glitchy and dysfunctional.

Any recommendations for Smartwatches + fitness trackers? Must be android/Wear OS compatible.

I avoid Starbucks as much as possible now to cut sugar but next time someone drags me to one, I will do that.

I have heard of bullet coffee. So I guess it must be similar to that. Sounds like a laxative though ☠️
