You don't expect people to be grateful..u think it's your duty.
But what about the people whose lives were saved? They leave the hospital without as much as a 'thank you'?
Secondly, can anyone "force" you to save their lives by telling you that 'this is your duty'? As a doctor you try to save lives but in the event you failed...do ppl say "you failed in your duty"?
