Do not think person posts without own sources.

Make some effort to actually search for yourself if that campaign indeed exists or not. I did refer to Yes We Exist India many times.

Also, do NOT try to divert topic now by saying this link is about Sushmita but what about RS. Anything to simply mock someone for starting a topic because you dislike them or their views or posts otherwise.

Well is the person Trans or Intersex? There's a huge difference and often many people confuse trans with intersex.

No one is deciding what he chooses to wear, where did you get that from? He’s a frikkin celebrity and if he chooses to dress like a clown IMO then I will say it. It’s not like he’s on this forum and hurt by what I think of all the people.

But some of the issues the TM is raising are about how ranveer acts and dances and dresses in movies. An those things aren’t really his decisions

I used the phrase 'more loyal than the king and his subjects' in jest that a user claiming to be not Indian is accusing an Indian of being an India hater and is more defensive about anything Indian than Indians themselves.

I am sorry I assumed you were an Indian. I did so when I read 'just say you hate India' in response to a post on plagiarism in content in BW.

Because this is how most nationalist type trolls talk online whenever they see any post mildly critical of anything Indian.

I have been labelled a Khalistani, secessionist, separatist, insurgent supporter and whatnot by couple of trolls here and on other sites. So I usually know where the tide of conversation by such users is going.

I apologise for assuming you were an Indian or one such hyper nationalist user.

I honestly did not expect a non Indian to use phrase like 'just say you hate India'.

Good to see you like Indian stuff so much that you got so defensive about it.

I hope all misunderstandings are clarified now.

I do not follow CC nor visit forum much anymore. I was more active in 2011-2013. Not much now. Nor do I interact with members at a personal level anymore post 2013.

Neither is this forum worth it. Peace out.

The guys running the campaign surely know better and are more exact than many apologists of filmi fans here.

I am sure they know better what is difference between trans and intersex.

And if they want one of their own to play their roles, then their demand is not invalid. Their desire for representation from their own kind is legitimate.

I did not start topic to find any takers at all anyway.

Considering how usual suspects derailed previous topic, or kind of initial personal attacks that flowed in, I was not expecting much either.

Anyway if a certain section of LGBTQIA communities feels RS and others like Ayushmaan, Sushmita, Rajkumar etc are appropriating their culture or using it as an aesthetic to look woke etc then it is their POV.

A bunch of cis het fans and apologists of stars, who are known to discredit even sources and links are not expected to agree either.

I can see from language like this who a bad faith actor really is.

Same member had deliberately derailed other thread by first claiming Indian pop culture was as famous, later saying so what if Korean was famous, and finally claiming there was anti India hate.

And swamped posts of other genuine members who wwre responding with logical points on how Korean govt also funds their industry, promotes their culture or how their content is more rooted and not just remakes etc. And got other similar like minded members to gang up against me and derail the topic.

Same old personal attacks and same old tactics.

Darling get off your high horse. You have NEVER apologised nor has anyone asked for an apology from you of all people.

I have not sought apology from ANYONE here at all. That you wrote the last line that you did (edit your last line before anyone sees what I responded to and later claim there is no context).

I can see your and others' passive aggressive and bullying tactics here. Taunting other users in other threads and taking digs at their posts or topics.

I have seen it many times on this forum earlier but kept silent. Just wrote once this time and the fangs are out as mask falls off and queen claims a user is a 'bad faith actor' or topic is a trap.

I hardly frequent this dying forum anyway. Posts and behaviour like this reminds me why I quit it in first place earlier.

Always lame personal attacks or ganging up against a user to make them clarify and reject their clarifications also and mock user for writing essays.

Or same old repetitive arguments and acting holier than thou, 'know it all' or 'only I know better, no one else does'.

I had intended to post links to substantiate my point in other thread too but same type of ganging up mentality got that thread locked.

I will personally ask mods to lock this thread also. I have NO interest in interacting with faceless abusive members who are just sophisticated bullies.

I do not need apologies nor asked for one. I can see why many members deactivated or deleted their account from this forum. It's better that way.

He does not just dress like that in movies. He dresses okay in films. He dresses differently offscreen.

His offscreen antics are surely his own.

Not on directions of a director or producer.

Unless he is puppet of some producer or PR agency that advises him to behave the way he does.

I never said topic was only about what he does in films alone.

Heterosexual men can dance.Heterosexual men do dance. There are some wonderful male dancers I follow on IG,absolutely brilliant and graceful.I am pretty sure at least some of them must be heterosexual.

Dance belongs to no one gender or any specific sexual orientation.

Was Birju Maharaj appropriating queer culture when he became the greatest kathak artist?

Rather silly.
