That person was arguing with one of our hospital's doc just for a prescription he couldn't read. My mom interfered and he misbehaved with my mom. Used some local slangs. My anger was on peak and I pushed him hard. Don't want to discuss what followed next. Don't like this entitled behaviour. Doctors are also humans

From what I see from the video the air hostess must have crossed her endurance limit. Had I been the employer, I would never have sacked her because of her retaliation .

@bold- as a professional her behaviour was wrong but not as a person

I agree. only thing is when you are in Uniform or in the work role - You are wearing the company's brand name and are the face of the company. It is beyond being yourself. At most the customer could have been warned of being removed off the plane.

It's like the Queen and the Crown. When she put on the crown, she was the crown, no longer Elizabeth. I believe in that principle. There are ways to handle the situation with the right training and if the customer is to be removed then removed. But personal sentiments in profession can't be done.

In your case - I can understand the situation and sometimes if faced with certain situations you have to take action.

The first two was the same but had pulao, beef, vegetable (idk the name), and prawn for dinner. And midnight snacks were cake, icecream, and toblerone chocolates. I'm full, can't breathe.😆
