As far as I am concerned, there are ways to handle it and she didn't handle this correctly as a professional.

There is a policy, of treating Employees with respect and also following the customer is right.

However there would be a correct method of exercising the duly. But not like this.

Just gonna randomly tag a few.

She could have handled it better, it's easy to say than done. Sometimes people are plain rude. They think if we are paying we are entitled for everything. I remember one altercation with one patient. That person was arguing with one of our hospital's doc just for a prescription he couldn't read. My mom interfered and he misbehaved with my mom. Used some local slangs. My anger was on peak and I pushed him hard. Don't want to discuss what followed next. Don't like this entitled behaviour. Doctors are also humans

From what I see from the video the air hostess must have crossed her endurance limit. Had I been the employer, I would never have sacked her because of her retaliation .

@bold- as a professional her behaviour was wrong but not as a person
