Kavya's pregnancy could have been handled better.

Why did Kavya have to be pregnant with Anirudh's kid? Earlier it was shown that she was neither interested in V nor in Anirudh after the Delhi fiasco. Instead they could have shown V and Baa calling the child as Anirudh's until DNA tests confirming otherwise and then, the evil duo rejects the child because it would be weird that when the child is born, all its siblings are married and it's niece is older. Then MAA's lectures come and rescue Vanya marriage and convince V to father the child the same way they convinced Toshu. Then, reveal V's EMA2.0 instead of Kavya's which had started even before evil duo wanted MAA beck, indicating that V just needed MAA and Kavya and he never loved them truly. Baa finds out and is totally cool about it because neither V nor his girlfriend were desiring a marriage with EO and both were already married. The mistress turns out to be BB.( Both Barkha and Vanraj are alike. They have both desired KE for themselves. They are gold diggers. They show fake concern for Maan. They have fussed about being forced to be unemployed. They are selfish and manipulative. They have anger and ego issues. They behave like boss of Maan whenever convenient.) Kavya finds out and then she divorces V and gets good alimony and sole custody. Her character continues in the show as MAA's friend and V's ex who is also a neighbour of Kapadias(lives in a smaller house). She still meets good Shahs and taunts bad ones. Later BB and V get married. So Baa has a DIL who would never cook thepla for her like MAA and would never even desire to do so like Kavya. Bapuji has a DIL who doesn't care about his medicines or his 1000 heart attacks at all. BB and Adhik are no longer proud 'Kapadias' but are instead a part of the leech family where they truly belong. Shah grand-bahus have more responsibilities because BB would never take them up. V has a wife who tries to dominate him instead. Paakhi's maayka has become her sasural. MAA realises that she should have been more like Kavya and Bachhon ke baap and his clan should have been out of picture years ago and she does Thoo Thoo Thoo at Vankha wedding instead of Thu Thu Thu.

Instead, Kavya has been shown weak willed, desperate and needy in order to whitewash Achhe Pita. She has done EMA before V ever could. Her character development has gone down the drain. She has become a hypocrite who says one time that she is not interested in any man and then later, she goes back to her ex before MAA could. She concocts lies in order to be accepted by Shah clan. Instead of having self respect, she goes out to prove that evil duo is right from day one. Her character has become as weird as Maaya's. Adhik and BB storyline has never had a solid conclusion. Adhik is now freely abusing and manipulating everyone. Achhe pita and Baa Bhagwaan are still being treated like saints. MAA is giving lectures 24/7.

I think it's to show karma hits back Vee where he got cheated same way he cheated Anupama.

But I don't understand why kavya came back to Vee if it's anirudh's child? Where is Anirudh? And she left vee herself then there is no point coming back.

Am guessing Kavya has not cheated. Baby is ptobably an IVF with a sperm donor.

This is no IVF. It is a clear cut case of cheating on K's part and also characters of V, Baa and Kavya have become inconsistent. V and Baa would never be happy even if it is V's child and Kavya would have never cheated and lied.
