Hardly shocking. They're always together. Farzana looks quite ....you know. Maybe Amitabh was her (Rekha's) beard 😄. Either way it's nice that they've been together for so many years. One of the most stable relationships in the industry.

It's quite shocking for me as Rekha always used to call Farzana as her soul sister and her husband's death is now linked with their relationship.

I'm sure, Amitji was for real...and her husband, too...and Farzana indeed was like a soul sister first...

...a live-in situation doesn't mean that there has to be a physical relationship, but even if, then they have a deep understanding of their needs (which I find to be a blessing) .

So, whatever it is, it's absolutely fine to me...may they be happy together as long as possible 😊

I used to think the rumour about his death having something to do with Farzana was BS. But when you think about it .it's not unlikely. Maybe Rekha refused to....ermm...'consummate' the marriage, maybe she came out to him and he couldn't deal with it. I have a gay male friend who was forced to get married to a woman and his wife is miserable. She acts out ,kicks luggage down the stairs etc and it's quite obvious what the problem is. Really sad.

Independent of Rekha and her love life, I maintain that a satisfying physical love life is a basic need...not in the same vein as food, water, a sense of security in the place one lives and interaction with other living beings but vital for a marriage or a likewise relationship.

I think there would never be a war if all the basic needs (physical and emotional) are fulfilled...but nature made a mistake in its evolution...or Universe with its 'divine spark'...

Her life is her choice IMO. If she finds solace with Farzana or the sindoor she wears is for her then so be it.
