The phase after awarding custody has been a mixed bag and instantly plunging Abhir into so much gloom is showing in the ratings also.....they got a boost over curiosity of what will happen after Abhi wins custody.....but they have only been showing Abhir depressed in almost every episode since then and I don't think the TRP audience is taking to that.

Even I had felt last week that things were becoming a bummer Abhirmanyu wise....they only showed that one Dadda scene that was a bit of a ray of light but everything before and after that was super gloomy (not even going to get into the Sharma couple stuff cuz I forwarded all that anyways).....but they didn't show much of Abhirmanyu and whatever little they showed was mostly gloomy with Abhir ka constantly latka hua face.

Anyways lets see if makers will take this phase to its conclusion quicker than their usual pace or just keep torturing the poor kid needlessly.....don't think its getting them ratings. And this isn't going to get fixed by instantly putting the kid back with Sharmas either....now that they've opened up the threads of the Abhir's mental state for the audience, they need to show them being tackled.....the kid needs therapy honestly. Simply putting him back with Sharmas won't solve what all he's gone through mentally in thinking they don't want him to live with them.

Agree!! That’s exactly wat I think - AB winning custody is ok, but after that nothing came out of it, then wats the point in him getting custody - they should have had some scenes developing AB/Abhir bond.

also, they already had most of the audience empathize and connect with AB, now showing AK ka dard (esp with her sending her son away) & screaming on every scene is not helping, most def folks are not connecting & in parallel they are showing her still not being sorry for Neil and calling Ab paraya 🤷🏻‍♀️

unless they focus on some positive aspects happening with Ab/Abhir - I don’t see much progress TRP wise.

Waise by what angle are these episodes proving Abhi a bad father?

From what I can see, at every single point, he is being shown trying to get through to Abhir, make him feel safe/understood....trying to teach him the right things like controlling his anger, resolving things by saying sorry.

Where in any of this has Abhi proved to be an incapable father? When the deck has been sharply stacked against him from the beginning by Ak by erasing him as a father and on top of that sending Abhir to him after breaking his heart.....in such a scenario, Abhi has tried the best he can to provide solace and comfort to his child.

He has not failed as a father in any way....even if narratives will be pushed to blame him for the current situation and Abhir's pain. Meanwhile Abhir ki mom who actually broke his heart is still chilling in her self-righteousness that Abhir is only unhappy over being away from Sharmas and in Birla house.

It is Akshara who has been proven a failure as a parent first and foremost in preparing her child for a truth she herself deliberately hid from him all his life. Her pompous presumption that simply hiding the truth forever will spare Abhi from any mental trauma regarding this was way too ridiculous to begin with.

Lol you are being very optimistic as usual. Abhi is rarely allowed happiness in the story 😆….so I don’t presume he will be able to resolve everything until I actually see makers allowing him that. Tab tak woh bas koshish karta rahega 😆

I actually think Abhir will do something extreme which may lead to therapy being explored for him.
