Self control is of utmost importance. Just for few moments of happiness ruining an important relationship is stupidity.
If we realise that we are getting unhealthy attachment with someone it's better to create distance n focus on what we have..
Such unhealthy relationships r big reasons for anxiety n depression these days.
Easier said than done though. We can't judge others because we are not in their shoes, we dont know their circumstances or what they are going through.
Yeh generation hi aisi hai, almost everyone I know suffers from anxiety or depression. Blame toxic relationships for it and im not just talking about marriage, it can be any type such as friends family etc.
