I am absolutely in favour of what you said. They have a lot of gap to cover. They NEED to talk more. Di said above that Khushi had never pressed Arnav for anything and there’s a reason for that. I will wait for that reason to unfold.

What my comment intended to say that I wish they would go on this journey of self realisation. Figure out their mistakes. Khushi had already accepted that she should’ve listened to Arnav and focused more on becoming her own person. Now Arnav needs to learn to open up too. I remember Appy di mentioning until he saw her again, Arnav didn’t even realise just how much Anamika episode has scarred him. He has a tendency to downplay his own grief and hurt and immediately look for a solution. Look at how he went about the whole divorce thing. It got rushed because of this Lavanya stupidity, but he was planning to talk to Khushi wasn’t he? The one problem that I have is his behaviour. We are all ignoring it in lieu of the bigger things that happened in Panchgani. But imagine Khushi, who is trying to fix up communication in her marriage because her very loving husband suddenly got up one day and decided to start living away more and more. She asked and he always blamed it on work.

She must’ve felt awful and confused. Arnav was always so attentive to her. He perceived her needs too. Took her out on a ride when he was dead tired because he wanted to steal some time to make her happy. She didn’t complain at all but he understood. THAT Arnav went all incommunicado on her. No wonder she was desperate to keep him close.

I’m paranoid because Appy di said she would not respond after posting the second last chapter because she fears not everyone will be onboard with the ending. I get her. All of us have become so passionate about this story. But she is the writer. Even then she knew Arnav was not the jerk we were all thinking of him to be. Still she said that and that’s why I have a fear that they don’t end up together. Of course it’s her story and I will accept whatever she has in store. But I don’t mind begging in the comment section 😂

This could be my entry for the ending contest. All I wanted to say is that both of them think of each other’s happiness before self. Yes they’re going through a rough patch. But both of them should get a second chance at their marriage and love and the small world they have created together. Overcome this unnecessary distances they have put in between.

Because if Arnav and Khushi of this story don’t deserve to end up with each other then I don’t know who does 💔

What I am trying to say is even at rock bottom never once she ratted out on Arnav.

Payal did say something like stop absolving him of everything he has done to you. So despite her hurt she was not laying the blame on Arnav as she should have.

Of course she wanted only Arnav and not his money but people when hurt like Arnav hurt her can just become vindictive. She could have actually taken everything Arnav was offering and much more. Wives even ask for half a share and it’s not money they are after. But she will never do that to Arnav.

She saw him sad and did not even rip him apart like she thought she would.

Even in the confrontation with Arnav, before she disclosed she knew about BL to Arnav, she says love not loved.

Again I am repeating, she may not forgive him but she never stopped loving him.

But bottom line is Arnav needs therapy, and he has pushed now Khushi to a place where she might also need it. 😠

But shradha, what’s your take how will they figure out BL and her sidekicks crimes.

Also, what will happen to BL after that. 🤔

May be some proper action sequence we can hope. 🥋

All that infertile crap, Shyam’s chapter could have been avoided if she had just told her the exact reason of her divorce to her parents.

Not only her parents even to Payal she never said anything. Infact she was defending him in her last interaction with Payal.

She never asked for settlement, apart from her self respect I feel she would never take away Arnav’s hard earned money from him.

She was trying to get his parents to Mumbai for his happiness even when Arnav was being so vile to her.

So, I feel even if she is hurt and wronged, when it comes to Arnav she can fight anyone or anything even at the expense of her own feelings. She is his shield.

I am not saying she is going to forgive him for the way Arnav has handled their marriage but that will not stop her from taking any Lavanya’s or Manalis of this world down.

Arnav is actually a bigger emotional mess than Khushi. I don’t have any faith in his astuteness as of now.

ok you have put good arguments and convinced me or rather confused me. I will still go with arnav with 60% and khushi with 40%

A Car chase. The panchgani Ghat is actually very tricky to drive. If arnav can drive after his hangover and whatever it that he did the night before and reach mumbai in one piece imagine him driving these roads when totally Sober 🤣

He may have emotional quotient equivalent to a bowl of soup at the moment but man do I find Arnav of this story super duper hot. Can almost imagine him driving in rage, shirt folded and eyes bloodshot

Ok so since everyone is going gagaa with all the speculations and the future of the ff, i think a little bit more from me will not hurt anyone😉

So i have another conspiracy theory going on...

What if NK or aditya (there is a mention of both of them being their friends) is behind those pictures, don't ask me why, i don't know. I just have this very filmy plot in mind, where may be nk/aditya (i have my bet on nk though) is jealous of arnav's success and everything or have some kind of vengeance. I was thinking what if akash somehow would have told them about arnav thinking on divorce or his marriage not going well (unlikely i know, but still in parties, in drunken stupor people do blurt out things right) and then they passing the info to BL, both of them were present in the in the screening of "kahin durr" so if they are also part of film industry, they can somehow know about BL's obsession with arnav.

What if they are the one's who kept a tab, and clicked the photos in the balcony and all of that.

Also, in the early years (atleast until 2009) nk & aditya are friends to arnav but in the recent past he says he really doesn't have any friends except akash & payal, so there could be some fall out.

One part of down the memory lane can be on them..😂

I mean this story has actually turned itself to a crime suspense thriller, i guess at this point anything is possible.

Ps- I am actually face palmming myself 🙈. All this may sound very stupid i know, but because it was going on in my mind for some time now, i thought of sharing...kuch nahi toh everyone will laugh atleast...🤣

Oh, Learned One, you express yourself so well. This story has produced such thought provoking discussions by some I’m sure, amazing women. This is due to Arpita’s amazing writing skills.

I think we all agree that as I’ve said before, Arnav needs major therapy. Khushi in spite of her seemingly passive nature actually has a pretty strong core as I’ve said before. But now Khushi is at the point where major therapy is needed for her too.

I have always felt Arnav was a decent guy at heart and after the marriage truly fell in love with Khushi. I’ve already touched on his major flaws as well as his good points; same with Khushi in my many previous posts.

I have been hard on Arnav from the first by his treatment of Khushi surrounding the baby issues, pulling away, the divorce fiasco, and for me personally, a major deal breaker, infidelity. I am not willing to let him off the hook for his mistakes because of a traumatic childhood or what ever is going to be revealed. The marriage is where it is because of a sum total of his mistakes. Khushi bears some responsibility too for reasons I’ve said before.

Now, that said, it doesn’t mean I don’t have sympathy for him. Outwardly he acts very rationally so he is capable of that. He realizes he could use help but dismisses that idea because one of his major flaws is running away from problems.

One of the things I’ve learned in living long and from my profession is people need to be held accountable, take responsibility for their actions and try to improve. We know Arnav is a responsible person so good start. We all have good and bad things that shape our lives. Some more traumatic than others but never the less, you are accountable for your own actions.

I also thought that up until the adultery their problems were not insurmountable. This just adds a whole other dimension to their marriage. Trust is now broken in a heartbreaking way, especially for a traditional woman like Khushi. Hell, for most of us, actually. No, I personally have not experienced that heartbreak so that’s not why it’s a dealbreaker for me. I’ve also said several times marriages do survive infidelity. I’ve seen it when not just a man cheats but women cheat too. But most marriages don’t survive that.

Khushi loves Arnav so desperately that she is willing to do anything, overlook anything for his own happiness. But has she reached the breaking point? Arnav I believe does love her in his messed up way. Now will she realize that her needs have to be considered and met. She is important too. Does he love her enough to confront his demons and make the super human effort (now needed) to make her an equal partner and fulfill her needs and I don’t mean materially?

I’m sure Arpita will take us on a compelling journey to find out. I personally am not sure what I want to happen with those two. I just want Khushi to be in control, happy and with a child. Arnav, God help me, I want him to burn, at least where Khushi is concerned.
