Yes you are right, he might be supporting Lavanya during Nov 8th to Dec 17th when he talked to her over phone and asked her to not call him for a while... Jan 2nd 2016 in the party he clearly rejected La's advances and told her he is not entertaining her anymore...

I don't think he ever dated her irrespective their ONS and baby on board or not, she might have dropped in the restaurant he was having lunch or dinner just like she dropped in to visit him at Shantivan and her minions taking pics..

Also he was about to commit suicide !!! That was his mental state!!!

I would suggest reading “ for your sake” by Anamika . Here khushi is not able to reproduce and only thing that makes Arnav happy is thought of having a family!!! she is completely vexed and depressed with her circumstances, Arnav here is showing similar symptoms.
I understand not being able to biologically and not being able to mentally is different but guilt can be doubled in this case. If he was that sorted he would not be depressed. And yes he does show signs of depression!!! With everyone around him expecting for him to do the right thing . But his mind and heart is not allowing him.
I guess khushi has a lot of work cut out for her. She can still choose to cut loose , I won’t blame her if she is not strong enough!!!

2. Arnav confidently rejected Manali's blackmail and said he is done with La indicates baby matter is resolved. The baby never existed or was aborted, we will know soon.

3. Manali would not use Khushi as pawn to blackmail Arnav if La was still preggo. She will simply force Arnav to marry La if she is still preggo and will threaten to take it to the media with pics... Arnav and La happened on Oct 9th 2015, current story is in Mar 2016 if La is still carrying, baby will be already 5+ months and will be showing so they can no longer hide... Anyways La is 30+ with few more years of shelf life as an actress and marrying a producer will keep it intact or in fact increase her years in the industry. Being preggo is win-win for La I personally feel.

4. But considering Arnav cleared his stance to La in Jan itself, looks like Nov-Dec time frame, he managed to take care of the matter... Waiting for Arpita to throw new googlies at us and add new suspense...

Ok i think i can comment on atleast this part.

So me and arpita were having a convo (before this chptr) so basically i was teasing her on her love for her arnav and that even la didn't loved him that much, there she replied to me that an obsession like la is impossible and so in the flow of the conversation, i randomly asked her, that what do you think, did la not banged anyone else for all these 6 years, to which she replied ''i don't think la would be that much of a saint''. So if we can consider her response, then it can be said that she definitely did banged other men and as you said was just waiting for a chance with arnav. The classic wh*re that she is.

But what I am trying to say is Arnav was not doing dr*gs there( though there is a high possibility he was dr*gged, I have strong reasons to believe that) ,he was drinking which is not illegal in India. He was planning to leave too. So, whatever happened with him was not right.

Yes he was at the wrong place and was not cautious but he did not even think this could have happened. So, it looked like it was consensual but even court recognises that consent under influence is not consent if you have said no even once and here he was trying to refuse that lunatics advances repeatedly.

I completely agree with one thing though he shouldn’t have stayed there and left immediately. He did jeopardise his reputation, his relationships with Khushi everything . But he was already emotionally vulnerable and depressed too and his only fault was not leaving immediately. His inner voice wanted him to leave and he did but by then that vulture was ready to attack.

Arnav here is classic example of sometimes life punishes you the worst for that one mistake...

I am really not denying Arnav was taken advantage of or even women getting actually ra*ed in such parties and have physical evidences is possible but the reality is no one goes to Doc after rave party trying to find out or approach police so our guesses, assumptions or analysis based on it without medical proof has big ZERO value.... And Lavanya straight forward accepted she coming on to him under the influence, pointed they both were drunk and he remembers his own body responding to her advances positively so its done together under the influence for him and dusted.

Though I also guaranteed feel La and Ma did spike his drinks or even added vi*g*a to enhance his body responses, or he did not last through the full act because he doesn't remember it or La was already pregnant quite possibly (which can be proved by DNA test while baby is still in the womb) but nothig else can be proved since drugs / alcohol effect wears out in few hours and he did not check it then...

Arnav here had almost 8 drinks mix and match... This is NOT your all inclusive hotels out there where drinks are mild and La / Ma might have instructed to give him strong drinks doing the tricks.. Knowing his poor health habits, if he had not eaten before, the regular alcohol quantity kicks in even harder and even Khushi's god cannot help him... Trust me when I say this, he does not need any additional drug to be impaired, mix drinks are enough.

Yes, such parties are full of vultures and if not La, someone else even had him laid too... Vulnerable at worst place without his own people around, choosing to drink excessively and losing control, he walked into the trap and is paying huge price...

You echoed my over thinking mind bollybabe, i was thinking on the exact same lines.

The photos were placed in a particular sequence for khushi, to make her believe and see the gradual progress of his & lunatic's relation. From being in a restaurant to getting physical.

But we know that is not the case, the last photo was the 1st incident basically. So i was thinking, he did met with lunatic after that or may be lunatic planned it like always, but in all the photos he have his arms around her. May be consoling her about the (non-existent) child or whatever.

But if you remember manali told him 'you have been unavailable for so long" and as i said before in a comment that means he was available for atleast some time, after nov-9 may be till atleast the time around his anniversary, which is just a month. As after that we know they were not in contact.

I have my theories on how she knows about divorce,party and all...but i will give all this a rest for now as hopefully there will be an update today.

I am most amazed at how differently we process these things! How for some its pardonable how he treated Khushi than the Lavanya scandal, and how for some Panchgani was a forgivable incident but his treatment of Khushi was not. I think someone called it a mental torture too.

There were a lot of things that I did not intend with this story. I had grey characters in my head who are essentially good people, but have made grave mistakes and despite being strong, are a puppet of fate and their pasts.

But these discussions are making me appreciate a lot of things. How people would behave very differently in remarkably similar situations. How right and wrong, for the most part, is not etched in stone but depends on how we take it. I’m learning a lot on the way.

I have said in my previous comments and I will say that again, these discussions are very much an extended part of this ff now. Thanks to all of you. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

One needs counselling because even if you know that someone else took advantage of you, the feeling of what if’s and why’s never leave you.

What if I did not drink too much? Why did I not leave early?

Why did they do it to me? And so on

Even if somebody touches us without our permission, it makes you feel so dirty( which shouldn’t because the criminal is dirty not the victim) but the feeling is there.

Look at what Khushi did to her hands when Shyam held it against her will.

And for men, it’s much worse. They are considered to be perpetrators in such cases not the victims. Society doesn’t even let them accept that they were the ones who were wronged.

Look at Arnav, he can not even understand it was not his fault and someone took Advantage of him. So why will he even think of going to a doctor.

God I wish he had not stayed too, and in this case more than reputation it’s his trauma that worries me.

Reputation and relationships can be restored but coming out of such traumas is not easy. And Arnav here is dealing with a depression we don’t know for how long, he does not even realise it, he is just dealing by working more.

All the discussion here regarding parties reminded me that in the new year party arnav thought about khushi never liking these parties and attending them only when needed and eventually stopped that much too, and he was only glad.

So why was he glad about that? Previously i thought may he didn't like her traditional ways anymore or loved her anymore so. But now i am confused.

Arpita is it yet to come in the story or i am forgetting things here.
