Pathetic show receiving such glorifies awards is atrocious

Entirely my opinion - I respect and understand others might think differently and thats good!!!

This show has been promoting all wrong things regarding women in general. This show is a black mark on women who tend to beautifully balance personal life while being very successful in their careers.

India is still a country where in certain parts still women are told you shouldnt have dreams, you should work or get full length education but get married and have kids and that is your life.

This show had an opportunity to break that barrier but still it is promoting that same notion that women cannot balance personal and professional life when in fact many do it. This udaan track is a black mark on all those women who want to achieve something instead of just cooking cleaning mating and having kids. Anupama is a complete non-trustworthy person who promised a lot but cannot fulfil a thing.

Rupali Ganguly and Deepa Shahi should be ashamed of themselves to accept awards and appreciation for such a character like Anupama who is taking us to a regressive period and not to modern world where women have equal rights and strength to take care of house and their dreams at the same time. They should be ashamed completely. Chee!!!! Unfortunately or fortunately I dont have twitter, IG for FB accounts otherwise I would have tagged them for this atrocity and accepting awards when they havent shown this woman called Anupama progressed at all in the show.

Through Anandi writer make ki. It clear ki Anandi doctor nahi banana chahti balki Gaon Ki teacher banna chahti hai aur writer Anandi ko Gaon ke teaching small children ko padhate hue us taraf efforts karte hue dikhaya then started adult education then became sarpanch then started itwari bazaar then again she teaching in school and also teaching karate in school

I completely agree with your sentiment. It's a shame that such a pathetic show has high viewership. Makers continue to propagate regression non-stop. Anupamaa will never achieve or be able to do anything significant in life. I gave up expecting a while back after I ran out of patience and it just seemed futile. Follow it now on the forum only for shits and giggles

Yes, exactly!!! There wasnt a need for Vanraj and Baa to hide her passport, they should have simply created situations which makes her feel that she can forget her dreams but not her child. That is all needed. Bekar mein yeh dono villain ban gaye whereas she herself is the biggest villain of her dreams
