I think arnav hugging payal is quite different from this one. Also, being in someone's arms is not actually hugging, it is much more intimate and denotes a certain level of physical intimacy and ease.

Anyways, hope arpita gets well soon and give the updates.

Except the 2 balcony picture where they are actually intimate, the rest of the pictures i feel can be contrived or the moments can be created to plant a doubt

imagine a situation where u are friends with someone. that someone is going through some crisis and is distraught (or so they let u feel) then u bound to hug them and comfort them. a strategically placed photographer can get a picture to give it a different feel

I am hanging by the thread here for the rest of the pictures :P i think we have done enough dissection of the what and whys. and i am sure Arpita might introduce something which we might have missed or didnt think probable or something

I disagree. He slept with her. Therefore these pictures may be slightly morphed even than he has done the deed and intimate with lavanya. How can khushi or us ignore them. Its like trying to make . Khushi can never forget these pictures as she knows what ultimately happened. If he had not slept with her than pictures have value.

Also afair or not— he has been in contact with lavanya till divorce and she knows about divorce— whatever the readon is. I also don’t see any guilt in his thoughts ( so far)for sleeping With lavanya. I don’t get it.

Therefore I mentioned in my very first comment that I don’t understand this Arnav because his actions don’t match with the character which has been portrayed in general. It does not sit with just flawed protagonist. So far his recent behaviour is downright disgusting and indigestible

His behavior was deplorable. There is no doubt about that. But there was a major shift after he read her letter. He had begun to doubt her love for him, thinking she was miserable with him. He thought she will stay in the marriage out of duty even if she was not happy. That was her value system and he knew it.

The letter threw him into a spiral. Now he is raked with guilt and pain. He knows he destroyed something precious that may never be recovered. But his words came across as bullshit and Khushi called him out on it.

The letter caused one shift. The revelation that she knew about Lavanya is another shift.

Where they go from here, we will have to wait and see.
