They forgot to mention that they probably work for reduced fees (just to snag the opportunity), which saves producers money and contributes negatively to the whole pay parity discussion.

This needs to stop. This is exactly why the audiences have lost so much interest in current Bollywood.

Also, why mention this? Even if you are doing all this behind the scene, why mention it and invite more hate onto yourself ?
