Yes, it is likely related to Parth-Shefali's custody case only since that will cause upheaval in the whole Birla family and Mahima will forcibly try to draw parallels to Abhimanyu's case with Abhir. I doubt Akshara will realize anything....it will just be the usual case of using the crimes of others to project onto Abhimanyu even when his situation is nothing like that.
I'm just hoping the kid Shivu is not shown as some brat who blames Abhi for everything too....Baby Shivu used to be the one ray of light in darkness for Abhi....wish they let him have that even now....and would be nice for Abhir to have a cousin brother he gets along with....all his cousins are on the Birla side only despite makers having killed off half the grown Birla kids.....lol
