If well made, which Indian period epics you would like to see as a fil

It could be about Kings/queens, civilisations,folklores battles.

I would like see a period epic that depicts the brutal story of Taj Mahal.

People who constructed Taj Mahal were brutally treated after the construction was done. Their hands and finger were cut deliberately, so nobody would use them to make another monument like Taj.

Ashoka- but they ruined with mediocre love story and gave least importance to the war and what made Ashoka renounce his kingdom and became the legend that he is. They wasted SRK in this.

Maharaja Ranjit Singh- He was a great ruler, a true secular, had fought valiantly against the invaders. In the hands of Director like SSR it can be an epic. But Ranjit had small pox due to which he lost one of his eyes and also his face had ugly marks, he was short in stature too, I wonder in the industry where beauty is given utmost importance how they will incorporate all his physical flaws.
