I think they don’t want to fall sick. If they do, they have to go to Birla hospital only. Cause the YRKKH world has only one hospital - Birla hospital, where Dr. Abhimanyu Birla is a certified doctor/surgeon for all known illnesses. Then they will have more reasons to be grateful to him. Yeh kaisa ho sakta hai? 😂

Chalo Maan liya ki mimi was married at 17 or had Manish at 17 . Manish must be 23 when kartik was born and Kartik also married at 23. Fir b mimi has to be 63 at the tym of kaira wedding. Somewhere similar to bhabhima and choti dadi.
