And wahan par bhi financial situation dekhte hai, that's because the court only takes decision considering the well being of the child. If it's a single mother, the custody goes to her and the father is asked to provide monetary support.

But in this case, abhir has both parents and they couldn't manage finances during his surgery.

Court will definitely take all this into consideration before passing the judgement!!!

Jisko custody Mila hai woh koi aur nahi, uska BAAP hai.

Aur aise koi bhi custody case nahi ladta aur court bhi aise hi kisi ko custody nahi deti . 😆😂🤣
