There was a serial in colors, silsila, don't know if you watched it. Same situation, just that she didn't replace the father there.

After 6 yrs, father gets to know the truth and the mother gets scared and decides to take sole custody of the child. The lawyer she contacts, clearly states her that since she had hidden the truth from the father, she will only get joint custody. and in that serial she was a renowned doctor!!!

Toh aap yahan soch hi sakte ho, financial condition, sach chupana, BC fraud. Sab Mila hua tha!!!

Nope, gareebi is not criminal offence but Identity jhol and birth certificate jhol is serious offence so ofcourse weightage is always given to serious offence while giving judgement by court 😀

gareebi is the main point of abhi getting the custody...😂 according to the judge...and so the whole judgement looks biased...lets c...kya hota hai...😂

mein lawyer nahi hun...and na hi maine aisa koi drama dekha hai...but jab biological father mamma ko aisi haalat mein ghar se nikal de...to court sole custody aise father ko de de...kafi dicey lagta hai....and the reasoning is even more questionalble...gareebe??? pehle to kya gareebon ke bacche nahi hote? and second paisa aani jaani cheez hai..😂

so this reasoniong looks very very questionalble...

lets c...i feel makers have pointed this out thru kairav...but still lets wait..😂

Honestly in reality it won't.

In no way in this case Abhi can get custody.

Very rarely a 6 yr old's custody is given to father when mother is here and is fine.

Jhol toh court ne already pakad liya hai, 4-5 call ko bhi court dismiss kar chuki hai that is the reason of reversal order and actions against Mrs sharma too 😅

Har gareeb ya middle class family custody case ladne nahi jaate!!!

And wahan par bhi financial situation dekhte hai, that's because the court only takes decision considering the well being of the child. If it's a single mother, the custody goes to her and the father is asked to provide monetary support.

But in this case, abhir has both parents and they couldn't manage finances during his surgery.

Court will definitely take all this into consideration before passing the judgement!!!

Not everytime the custody goes to mother.
