I just caught up on yesterday's epi.....lol I thought they would do a cliched scene of Viaan ka accident and Katha realizing/confessing her feelings in panic....but I liked how they didn't resort to that. Mild accident hi tha and Viaan had only fainted but Katha ki emotions ka intensity still came through with the way she ran to him and started patting him all over to ensure that he is ok....again, makers steered clear of the cliche of doing a hug there😆. Guess they are saving it for a big moment....lol but even without a hug, there was so much intensity in that bit when Katha ran over to him and started running her hands all over his arms and shoulders and Viaan had to calm her down ki he's ok.

Lol I thought the same and very strongly when she first came to the hospital and then when he was talking about how lost he felt , I was like here comes the hug😆 but it was more impactful the way they executed. So much of Kathas emotional state was conveyed when she rushes towards him, it was so intense and raw that no dialogues were needed.

Then later on the chai ki tapri wala scene mein Viaan looking so touched by Katha telling him she's always with him to support him through anything and he also wanted to reach out to hold her hand but then pulled it back....as you said, the feelings are increasing in intensity on both sides and getting harder for them to control....lol burst out karenge in a big emotional display at some point.

The Viaan who holds her in reverence came back in this scene. He expresses it so well with his gestures and body language. In dono ke case mein burst out ka to pata nahi hoga ke nahi but I am liking the current phase, I guess its also because it was so stagnant for so long. 😆 Katha is indirectly laying her heart bare through her actions in every way and as you said earlier these two do manage to communicate sooner or later, inka ek alag hi mutual understanding hai.

Yeh Vanya ka drama is definitely bringing KV closer....lol I guess for some time, there may be a rift between Viaan and Teji due to this too once he finds out the whole truth.

I am a bit surprised by this Vanya track too as it is going much better than what I expected. Really felt so bad for Viaan that I wanted Katha to hug him😆 when he talks about the current dilemma. After years of holding on to this anger, he finally lets go and decides to forgive the other woman and now the situation has kind of reversed:(

Lol Teji will take out all her frustrations on Katha and now she will have more reasons to hate her! Lol did you expect the doctor to call Katha, Mrs Raghuvanshi? 😆

LOL to be fair, I'm not saying this new guy playing Shiv is outdoing Mohit Raina....I'm just saying he's doing it differently and the styling/conceptualization is very different from Mohit Raina waale Shiv so that's also helping set this version apart. This Shiv is shown as more passionate about his love for Shakti because the story starts itself with showing how they are eternal lovers just like RK started off showing RK in Golok.

I watched the first 3 episodes and I did like it, its more like I want to know the story. I feel like I always keep forgetting the story of why Bhrahma is not worshipped, I liked that story and they did a really good job of showing the fifth head. 😆 The new guy is doing a decent job till now. I can see Swastik theme as you said its pretty much on similar lines of RK.

At the same time, they do a good job of showing his serene and fatherly side as well.....I liked the whole Shiv Gann and Maarut wala chapter they showed of how he saved Diti's children and turned them into Shiv Gann.

I liked that too and it really is fascinating to see it from the beginning. Its like now I know how all these different rivalries started, our mythology is so exhaustive that I keep forgetting all these things.

They recently did a whole track on Samudra Manthan which was pretty well done too I felt....the passion of the whole team shows towards bringing different stories to life.....acting of the supporting cast is a mixed bag and not as good as RK waali cast but it's still a decent watch.

LOL@ Mahadev ka demotion to Indradev....haha I think Swastik waale love that actor and keep using him in their different shows😆....and I agree the costumes can feel too heavy at first glance but after a while, I liked the storytelling and dialogues/music enough to not care that much even if they've put different kind of makeup on this Shivji😆

I like that actor too and inspite of the weird jewellery he has it kind of fits him well and he also got the best set. 😆 I wish they had worked more on Krishna:(((( his styling and hair and everything is such a disappointment!

Storytelling and music is the biggest plus till now and I like this bearded Shiva!!

Btw have you ever watched Sai on sony? It finally ended and I just saw the last episode it was nicely done. It felt kind of nostalgic given how long it has been running. 😆

Aur this girl still managed to bag another lead role despite her BPKH show on Star One flopping😆.....I guess isko Marathi background ki wajah se baar baar shows mil rahe hain.....lol....she's a decent actress but woh BPKH mein story got pretty cliched and uske baad she also couldn't salvage much.

The promo looks good. Everytime there is a promo of 30+ couple it looks so promising but it just fizzles out in 10-15 episodes and they make it so juvenile, it’s frustrating they cannot show a good love story for matured couples given the scope they have.

Keep forgetting her name but she is an ok actor and that last show was ruined pretty much within one month itself.😆

Waise did you see Kathal on Netflix, lol its funny. Its a light hearted , sattire kind of take on caste system. Its such a simple and funny movie, the whole premise of the story itself is just so ludicrous, yet somewhere you feel like this could actually happen in India. The absurdity of the situation really makes you laugh out loud.

LOLL yes I totally did! 😆.....ITV has conditioned us to so many cliches that its surprising jab they steer away from some cliches😆. Waise toh doctor was totally talking to Katha like she's his wife only cuz woh usi haq se puchh bhi rahi thi doctor se😆 - bas title bolne ki formality reh gayi thi😆

Thing is, the show drags through every phase - good or bad....lol the bad phases end up testing our patience and lead to some disconnect but you have to give it to the makers that they take their time with everything....whether it was Katha's mistrustful phase or now the development of her trust in Viaan, the intensity of her feelings growing gradually....sab kuch has been given the time/space to have that weight to it as a narrative.

Arey that guy is not playing Krishna, its Narayan himself 😆.....Krishna ke timeline mein nahin hai yeh story😆.....but yes I agree on the lame casting and bad styling for him. They should have tried to get a better actor given the fact that Narayan will keep getting pulled into every story related to Shiv.....just like in RK, Mahadev was always giving background commentary on the story😆

The other thing I'm liking in this is the different depiction of the Shiv-Sati story from the way they did it in DKDM.....in that story, they had shown Sati as very naive and sort of teenagerish in her fantasies about Shiv....and Shiv was shown as quite harsh/aloof with her for almost like 50-60 episodes....whole story was just Sati daydreaming about him and Shiv hurting her by telling her to get over her fantasies of love for him and how they can't be together.....lol that story mainly worked cuz of Mohit-Mouni ki chemistry and ofcourse the really nice bg score.

Here, they are showing Sati more obviously as an avatar of Shakti....they are maintaining the continuity of the fact that she is Shakti personified so she is shown as fierce from the get go even if she initially is against Shiv....then later on when she mellows and realizes her love for him, they show her as bold and fierce about tackling it and Shiv is also not shown being harsh with her for the heck of it.....they are shown talking like equals from the beginning only. If he counters her on something, she counters him back and they both give their perspectives to each other on everything rather than Shiv being shown has someone avoiding her cuz he knows what lies in the future with Sati dying. DKDM mein whole story was based on that only that Shiv was avoiding her cuz he knew there was pain in her future if they got together. Yahaan story is different with Shiv being shown as eternally in love with Shakti and even if he disagrees with Sati on something, he doesn't reject her.....there is a more loving approach to how they talk to each other.

LOL I think her name is Sayali something.....and yeah last show mein her acting was ok until they totally jumped into doing trip/catch cliches....lol here so far she is looking better in the promos than she did in the BPKH show....let's see Shahi saab kya makeover dete hain ise.

Matured love story toh is just a catchphrase on ITV....lol no one actually knows how to depict things maturely....TRP ke chakkar mein isko bhi tode marodenge with god knows what kind of cheap twists - haha....but ab bahut hassi aati hai seeing them trying to do these "haaye haaye girl is over the hill in her mid 30s" stories....that is what they try to sell the tagline as but actual story ends up being some cheap two women fighting over one guy story only😆

Oh Kathal I tried to watch but somehow it couldn't hold my attention....I ended up watching Dahaad instead cuz that was more engrossing. Baaki in light stuff toh I was watching Never have I ever ka last season recently.....lol

haha at overuse of Ankahee word in titles these day.....haan some Pak show also had a title like this na?😆....people are way too lazy about titles aajkal....there are literally two shows called Shiv Shakti airing simultaneously on different channels right now😆

Btw other weird thing in this promo was those kids calling the leads Uncle Aunty....lol they really don't look that old ki yeh titles milein....I mean yeah for Mohit I can believe it but the girl doesn't look like Aunty that everyone is trying to make her look old only for being in her 30s😆

Mehendi show waale fans continue to be salty that this girl is still getting work while their leads are jobless😆

LOL this one looks pretty action-packed and wacky too.....action toh stylized hi lag raha hai.....let's see if SRK can pull off a repeat of Pathan ka success😆

Typical atlee stuff..ek dum.paisa casual but the thing is he manages to create emotional.connect to thr characters too so let's see. I personally really love most atlee films.so definitely excited and yay for srk.dping things that work.rsther than shit stuff he has been doing for.the last 7,8 years.. finally good films to look forward too in bollywood
