It's really a very concerning factor that trp viewers are always up for negativity and regressive stories. U serve them something out of the box...or something close to reality...or which resonates to today's generation....the show will shut it's shop within 2-3 months bcoz of trps.Such pathetic situation is with ITV shows.I really feel shows should be finite so that we get to enjoy different dramas with crisp script.Instead of bringing in mindless generation leap it is far better to pull the plug on the show and serve viewers with brand new shows.But again...channel is there to earn profit.... any show which is giving them profit...why will they shut it! About KV opting for the show....well he said in many IVs that his mother said to do this show and that he will be happy in doing it!!

Look....it's a very convenient/easiest method for the makers to show negativity/high pitched drama/ toxicity.With Muslim family they can show two marriages and two wives staying under the same roof and show all types of planning plotting.It makes an easy task for the writers. In shows with Hindu background they would show EMA in shows....and with Muslim background they will show two marriages Easy and simple way to extend shows

Yes. Finite shows are better. And I agree .. instead of leaps , they should've started new dramas.

Even in movies nowadays .. makers prefer making sequals of their successfull movies even without being related to eachother.. it is buissness as you said. For this drama makers stuck to the titles of their successfull dramas and take leaps , change the whole cast but still under the same title .. like: YRKKH , Kumkum Bhagya ... I am happy I didn't watch them. Although they are dubbed in Arabic .. I watch some episodes sometimes, but I don't like what I watch .😕

Have u watched Katha Ankahee on Sony?? If not give it a try....such a great watch! Be it acting, dialogues or the story.Special.mention has to be given to writers.I was stunned to see how could ITV show writers come up with such great piece of writing!! The show has excelled in every department. The way the makers,writer are handling some sensitive tracks...it is simply wonderful.

I didn't watch a single episode of these shows. Usually I stay away from Rajan Shahi and Ekta's shows.They are terrible!!

Thanks for the informations about the actors. I never seen them before. But they excelled in their roles.. which made me fall in love with them too. I skip supporting scenes cast usually.. but in SAAKK I watch it fully.😃

No matter how I describe my feelings about Shakhi I can't give them their due. It is after a long time that I get hooked to a couple in an Indian drama.

Today when I was watching the epi.. my nephews who are in their 20s disturbed me, and were surprised why I am watching carefully. I told them that you won't know.😆

Kaatha Ankahi is a remake of a Turkish drama.. maybe this is why writers are inspired by the original show, so they came up with a different storyline. I watch it on and off. Adnan got me hooked the 1st time I watched him in Ishq Subhan Allah. But that drama too represented Islamic rules in a bad way. So I quit it after some time .

I enjoyed watching Kaatha. I just get busy in the time it airs on tv. 😳

Actually Deepa who played Astha is 1 or 2 years younger to KV, he told in 1 IV
