Over lunch was informed by hubby that " hey did you know, that in hinduism there is no concept of divorce,marriage is eternal. 1956 the hindu marriage act law made it possible to divorce".

I burst out laughing, the name of restaurant was by the way "Chutzpah" (extreme overconfidence).

However, I will differ from the statement. I don't think any love story is ever a standalone thing. Yep, this is Arnav's life story and now it's Khushi's too as I said in my previous comment, but it revolves around their relationship only. Characters and situations only appear when they serve to further the Arshi storyline.

I can understand the decision love. But I do wish you will hang around. At least on this juncture. Will miss your insights and comments otherwise 💔.

The current does not feel like a love story. I do need to step away at least for some time . It is just fiction😘

My ending is based on the chapters till now, Khushi and Arnav part amicably (but even now they had parted amicably only).

But Arnav was guilty and khushi heartbroken, so now Arnav helps khushi get her confidence back may be becoming more independent. He might have to do that indirectly or with help of someone else as any direct help from him might make Khushi feel more pathetic about herself.

Both of them becoming friends and remaining in each others life is something I don’t see at all after the divorce.

this is a good and a very valid end. so, you're choosing Khushi and Arnav parting amicably (Maybe once she is on her feet and more independent) :) :) :)

The detail here being is they part and do not stay in contact. Interesting and a very probable take :)

I will give you guys a loophole though. You can give me conditional endings. For eg you can add a clause (Like in case you see a redemption for Arnav, this is what you would have wanted). Or if you're someone who is still thinking that Arnav and Khushi have a chance to end up together, your clause can be the fact that if Khushi is hurt beyond measure, then Arnav can go F himself 😊😉

Swati, I’m going to pass on the challenge. For one, I am torn as what I want to happen or think will happen and I think my emotional involvement with this story is so out of character that I need to back off thinking about it too deeply. I am just going to wait till next weekend and rest my aching heart before the next whirlwind hits and I’m caught up again. I know next weekend’s chapter is going to be especially brutal and my stomach already has butterflies. Crazy!

I have loved the way you put forward your thoughts usually... So maybe give bigger picture and Arpita will figure out.. She is queen of writing, she will figure out your emotions... Please, please rethink, we need your wiser, experienced thoughts... We all need closure and peace after the story is complete...

I forgot to mention everyone should give Arpita a good paragraph or more about how they want to see story end positive / negative and send you messages / theme via private message. You declare whose thoughts you have liked most after certain date but keep the details secret and write an alternate end based on their thoughts... I am thinking about one and will send you asap privately but endig purely depends upon La and ASR's affair, how much Khushi is hurt and how much punishment Arnav deserves...

Even I heard about IPKKND in 2016 when my MIL visited us in USA. I tried to see it over whatever media was available.. Later saw it on hotstar. I also liked Qubool Hai at least first parts until KSG was there with Surbhi Jyoti..

Yaaro - thodi si mehnat aur karo.. Let's work a bit harder to give Arpita our theme of ending privately and not one liners in common chat please... Our fabulous writer has shaken our world by her writing so she deserves our mindful thoughts to write the ending... I have tried to tag many of us, Cheers...

Arpita - Give us deadline as to what date we should send you our ending in a private message.. It should give you enough time to write also...

I really don't know what ending to expect, but I can say -

Arnav realising that "Lust Stories" is not progressive and "Hum Saath saath Hain" is certainly not regressive.

I am using names of Bollywood movies here as he is in that industry and his life has surely turned towards "Lust Stories" from a beautiful "Nadiya ke paar" story.

Regarding Khushi, I want the decade earlier Khushi back, who was so energetic, positive, had a zeal to achieve something in life.
