Did they set it up for meerab to come back? Would murtasim allow meesam to live in such poverty? I think not

I don't know what to say. I cannot reconsile him with the him from even 43. But there were always hints of who he always was. Foolish of many of us. For hoping something different even for a second.

I think the twist was Merub barging into the haveli right before qubool hai which stops the shaadi.

But the GEO editors revealed the twist in the promo.

This is the play that gave us the whole Rohail knowing about the contract sub-plot and his disdain for istimaal shuda cheezain but nothing came out of it. Instead, Rohail is in dubail already married. Whether some plot point or sub-plot gets tied up in the end, or has any meaning to future events,is not a given in TB so keep your expectations in check.

Yeah I am definitely detached from both characters… but because I’m detached … I’m now watching for pure ending resolution, no expectations, and Haya’s barbadi. The engagement unfortunately killed Murtasim’s specialness off for me… unless it is shown that he even got engaged to her with a plan, not just the potential marriage plan. But… I will still enjoy seeing a twist regardless.

Oh man… hope that’s not the twist. why would they stick that in the promo??? But maybe Saba’s interview was done without her knowing what the promo would show - so good point.
Yes… definitely have no serious hopes. I am just emotionally detached from the characters to the point where I just want entertainment in the form of resolution= ending and bonus if it’s a twist.

I will say though that watching that Meerab barging in scene has grown on me due to the great fan edits. Especially the closeups of their eyes.

Yet the unsatisfactory stuffing in the middle still taints their getting together for me, especially if no plan is established for the engagement itself.

I think the muted conversation will not have any importance. It was basically Saba explaining that Meerab was not with Rohail and Rohail got married.
