In reality, husbands usually don't take much time to remarry after divorce or death of his wife. Murtasim also did that. Logically it's not wrong but murtasim ky case main jahan itna ishq ishq ky dialogues boley gaye hain, jo 30 din mee ki yaad main soya na ho uss sy yeh expect nhi kar sakhty.

I feel it was still ok if he wanted to remarry after saying Ishq Ishq. Bcz ideally no matter how much you love someone, can get married to other person as well.

But the problem here was MK agreeing to marry Haya. I mean why would they make him say that she is like Maryam repeatedly. I know ab Islam me bhai ya behen bolne se koi ho nai jata and bolne ke baad b hojati hai shadiyan but ab ye show hai na. Toh kuch social values b toh hoti hai

I think it always had to be Meerab coming back on her own free will. Murtasim has always lived in fear that she will leave him. Even if he found her and forced her back, it wouldn’t be fair to Meerab or Murtasim. She would feel trapped again and he would again in a one sided love. She needs to come back because she wants and chooses to stay with Murtasim. I just wish it wasn’t at his wedding but it is what it is.

I wonder if this whole marriage is to make her fight for him (stupid but NM logic so who knows). So even if she sees him getting married to Haya she stays to show that she won’t leave and faces her insecurities about Haya. And given that she came back on her own and here to stay resolves MK’s insecurities. If so, great logic 🤣 and ruined the lead’s characters.
