But isn't it exhausting? He always plays this over-the-top loud fvck boy who is nice. He's just repeating his off-screen persona on screen. He needs to go back to roles like Lootera and Gully Boy where he showed his range. Or even Padmavaat where he made Khilji a stand-out villain.

He always plays? Ranveer has not played a role like rocky before, every character of his has been different.

I didnt really see much over the top about rocky in the teaser, yes in some scenes his clothing is eccentric and his solo song will be high energy, but the rest of the teaser showed him in the love song and the emotional and intense scenes. And why are some calling his character a fvck boy? In the whole teaser he is just romancing rani.

Kjo has made rockys character in a particular way, ranveer isnt playing a raj or a rahul, so these comparisons to the characters srk played need to stop, coz its a different character.

well another honesty here , aloo does have better record right now than RS’s last 3 outings. See the fact of the matter is that it does get tiring when you see one actor playing the PR games and stealing the credits of the entire work all the time. We have seen it happening with every single movie where Alia tried to hijack the narrative and made it all about her, be it the Highway or Udta Punjab or Raazi or even the recent Gully Boy where her role was lesser than Mc.Sher’s and Gangu where she went one step ahead and tried to hijack the credit from the director himself. Heck she even tried to make RRR about her. Not to forget her petty PR games about Sita.As a keen observer, these kind of politics do get tiring and despicable to watch. I hope no A lister worth his or her salt works with her anymore. Otherwise just be ready to be a victim of these dirty games she plays.

So in gangubai aloo was deepika , in kjo movie aloo is rani 🤣if yash sir was alive and took all in his movie , I wonder whom we would choose to copy paste aloo with , Rekha, sridevi , mads yada 😆

IDK, at least for me I think Raam Leela, Befikre, Simmba, Cirkus - all had the same vibe and energy.

Loud, obnoxious peacocking is affiliated with fvck boys. Always being a cool try hard is affiliated with fvck boys. Its the vibe and not the behavior per se.

Green - i dont think those characters had the same vibe, all were very different to each other

Blue - we haven't seen much of rocky to be able to label him as obnoxious or anything, and the actual definition of a fvck boy is a guy who doesn't respect women and a person who messes with others emotions, basically someone who only cares about himself and a jerk, so it wouldn't be the correct word to use for Rocky because I dont see any of that in the teaser
