The article mentions reissue of birth certificate in case of malice or parental neglect not that the abusive father was victim lol. Akshara can easily show that there was no neglect or malice on her part. Her call records would show that she did call him. The court would get to kmow that victim doctor kicked her out without ensuring further medical care for the miscarried foestuses (one of which was Abhir presumably) and construe it as parental neglect on his part.

FYI, the parental neglect SC is referring to, in that TOI article, specifically means neglect to register the birth of the child, and not a mother's choice to not inform the biological father. Reissue of birth certificate— an important legal document— because the parent neglected to get it made at birth lol.

Bruh, Hindu Marriage Act ke anusaar teen saal mein do divorces woh bhi same insaan ke saath nahi ho sakte. Ek hi divorce ko settle karne mein dedh do saal chale jate hai. Par here we are

Custody does not determine your birth certificate. Warma divorce ke baad bacchon ka bhi birth certificate change hota depending on the custody settlement. Joh single mothers ke bacche hote hai without a father's name on the birth certificate, will they not have a legal guardian or custody settlement if their mother dies lol.

The show specifically mentioned that Abhimanyu operated on Abhir because he is not his legal guardian/father. Irl, no court would grant him a sole custody. But here we are.

Legally Abhimanyu should have referred the case to someone else even before Abhir truth reveal as lawfully he cannot treat his ex's or SIL's child.
