Lol, even if you take that route, Abhimanyu and the Birlas would have to justify taking up Abhir's case in the first place despite the conflict of interest, then he would have to justify the ICU short-circuit, then interfering in his US healthcare plan, then the Birlas would have to justify not having an emergeny paediatric cardiovascular surgeon on-call.
