Yes that's true. I have seen torvashu's video one of the travel vloggers , he is currently in China but he faced difficulties with VPN and said if you have chinese company phone vpn works well but in normal phone it doesn't but anyway he uploaded videos from china and it works.
With VPN yes but it's officially banned in China and how many will be using thay VPN to watch Indian or pak content instead of Korean content? ๐
