Yeah it doesn't seem logical, at least for her to get married without a divorce.
But then logic has left TB long time ago so sab chalta hai to propel this absurd story.

Haan, why not, after all, what’s a few more misunderstandings when their whole journey has been all about misunderstandings.
What I don’t get is…wouldn’t he also think that Meerab would want to divorce him if she had a kid with her lover boy Rohail? But she presumably wouldn’t send divorce papers…so again makes no sense.
This dhula raja happily said yes to Haya , thinking she cannot live happily with anyone except him , but what will happen if his wife and daughter come in front of him
These became our memories to look back
Yeah it will be damaging to MK's character if he really goes through with it even if only to back off at the last minute... especially since they have shown him to be truly in love with Meerab and also declaring it as Ishq now...
I am in two minds. One side I think there is a catch and MK is giving Haya taste of her own medicine by tricking her (and us) into thinking he is marrying her and it's part of his plan to lure Meerab into confronting him.
On the other side I feel Nooran is a lazy writer and with the possibility of MuYa wedding, will butcher MK by giving a golden ticket to Meerab in one stroke - to get away with running away and hiding Meesam, without having to give any explanation and let her have an I told you so moment regarding MK-Haya.
All of MK's pain we see now since losing Meerab will be washed out in one go just like all the nice things he did for Meerab during their marriage was washed out with trick hug from Haya. Only his bewafai will be the focus.
I have no hope for any loose ends to be tied.
I am yet to figure out what Meerab really learnt/discoverd from her isolation and I feel almost certain that no matter, at the end it will be only MK that will be made to feel guilty and apologize.
TB has been an agonizing journey. I wish I had let ZGH be the last PTV drama I watched.

Even if he left Haya at that point, for me the damage is kinda done. He said yes to Haya. I mean we’ve seen that happen in so many shows…and then the real love suddenly turns up or something and they stop the wedding. It is way too cliche of a way to go for this couple I feel… like that wouldn’t satisfy me at all.
