Her styling sucks. Firstly she needs to stop her association with that Neha or whatever. She needs so much of grooming & polishing, still she is awkward in posing.
Just having a pretty face and sweet person won't make her survive in this industry. Some might find my comment bitter but bitter honesty for her betterment is better than heaping blindly praises on her for things she's bad at!
