How does Malti Devi and Nakul know everything about Anuj?

MD asked Anupamaa ki Kya Anuj abhi bhi tumhaare mann main basa hai?How does she know Anuj had left Anu?? Nakul once told that he researched everything abt Anupamaa.. So they must be knowing this too but why nakul keeping tabs on anuj and Anupama story. Does Nakul knows anuj is Malti devi son???

I think this malathi devi and nakul not brought for anupam audaan sake

anupama will never go to usa for 3 years or without anuj atleast

even if anupama goes usa as soon as pakhi gets fever or kavya baby born she will run back to india

Anupama is coming across as a complete pushover here, a random, unrelated woman comes and starts lecturing her on what to do and tells her to leave her husbad and she is just listening and not even questioning?

Next her doodhwala and her maid will tell her how many grand children she should have and she will listen to them too
