And I am guessing NM is going borrow KRPKAB trope where Meerab visits Khan mention after learning of her pregnancy but MK won't be around and Haya ya MB bhaga degi use and won't let her come in.. and that way Meerab has justification of why she didn't inform MK. just like Sonakshi did.

MB is already burnt one time with fake pregnancy drama, now toh she will refuse to believe it.

If she doesn't go back at all to even try and inform MK about the child then she won't have any excuse to defend herself when MK confronts her about hiding it.

That will be extremely selfish on her part to hide it from him deliberately.
