Hello Rainbow friends 😊

Was busy yesterday hence could not come, also my shoulder joint pain is troubling me despite of medicines. The pain is not because of falling down but due to worn out in the shoulder joint. The doctor took MRI scan gave medicines and said if it does not heal then will give injections or worst surgery. Will see what happens.

Vibha your trip is for how many days? Are you both going or entire family?

Going for 3 weeks and all of us.

Hope you heal with medicines or injections and surgery is not required, do take a second opinion of a specialist, Padma. It is very irksome when there is a niggling pain, do take care. Hope you are doing the physiotherapy without fail.
